What a dedicated deployment includes
Reserved capacity
Capacity provisioned for your organization alone. Your workloads don't compete with shared-pool traffic, and throughput is sized to the usage profile we scope with you.
Deployment requirements
We work through your requirements — models, expected request volume, latency sensitivity, isolation and compliance constraints — and translate them into a concrete deployment plan before anything is provisioned.
Regional needs
If your data or users need to stay in specific regions, tell us. Regional placement and data-residency constraints are part of the deployment design, not an afterthought.
Enterprise support
A named team on the Alchemy side: engineering support during integration, an escalation path for production issues, and regular reviews as your usage grows.
Agreed performance targets
We don't publish blanket guarantees. Throughput, latency, and availability targets are defined together in your agreement, based on your workload and the deployment we build for it.
Same platform, same APIs
Dedicated Deployments use the same OpenAI-compatible APIs, key management, usage attribution, and limit controls as Token APIs — no separate integration to maintain.
There is no self-serve provisioning for Dedicated Deployments in this version — every deployment starts with a conversation so we can size and place it correctly.
